Where we ship

We ship Puffin Shop orders to all EU countries.

Shipping rates

• EU – economy: 6 €
• EU – tracked courier: 12 €

The exact price and estimated delivery time are shown before you pay. Items marked „Coming soon“ can only be reserved by e-mail; we take no payment until they’re ready to ship.

Returns – 14 days, no reason needed

If you’re a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Just e-mail info@onemorepuff.com (you can use the form in our Terms of Sale) and send the goods back to us within 14 days. We’ll refund the price including the cheapest standard shipping within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, but we may wait until the goods are back with us. You pay the cost of returning the goods.

Something wrong?

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, write to us with a photo and we’ll fix it – repair, replacement or refund, according to your statutory rights (24 months for consumers).
