Terms of Sale

1. Seller

PUFFY s.r.o., Uralská 689/7, 160 00 Praha 6 – Bubeneč, Czech Republic, Company ID 24370321, VAT ID CZ24370321, e-mail info@onemorepuff.com, phone +420 776 889 152 („we“). These terms govern purchases of goods in the Puffin Shop at onemorepuff.eu.

2. Products and prices

Product descriptions are on each product page. Images may be illustrations and the final product may differ slightly. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete the order.

3. Order and contract

Payment is made through our payment provider Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The contract is concluded when you complete payment and receive our order confirmation by e-mail. For items marked „Coming soon“, an e-mail reservation is not a binding order and no payment is taken.

4. Delivery

We ship within the EU. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise it, tell us clearly (e.g. by e-mail to info@onemorepuff.com). You may use the model form below, but it isn’t required. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of sending them. You must return the goods within 14 days and you bear the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Warranty and complaints

Consumers have statutory rights for defective goods for 24 months from delivery. Please e-mail us a description and photo of the defect; we’ll handle the complaint without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, adr.coi.cz) is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

These terms are governed by Czech law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
